Welcome to SeyHire. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services. By accessing or using SeyHire, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our website, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SeyHire services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information
- Keep your account information up to date
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Types
Job Seekers: Local Seychellois residents receive free access. International job seekers must subscribe to access full platform features.
Employers: Must purchase job posting credits to list job vacancies.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Scrape, data mine, or automated access to our platform
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Post discriminatory or offensive content
- Share login credentials or sell account access
5. Job Postings and Applications
5.1 Employer Responsibilities
Employers agree to:
- Post only legitimate job opportunities
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Comply with employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations
- Respect applicant privacy and confidentiality
- Not use applicant information for purposes other than recruitment
5.2 Job Seeker Responsibilities
Job seekers agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in applications
- Only apply for positions they are genuinely interested in
- Respect employer communication and interview processes
- Not misrepresent qualifications or experience
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Seychellois Rupees (SCR) and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments can be made via MCB Juice, Airtel Money, bank transfer, or at our office. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
6.3 Job Credits (Employers)
Job posting credits are valid for the duration specified at purchase. Unused credits do not roll over or expire unless otherwise stated.
6.4 Subscriptions (Job Seekers)
International job seeker subscriptions grant access for the specified period. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must manually renew before expiration.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on SeyHire, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SeyHire or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. User-Generated Content
By submitting content (resumes, job posts, reviews, etc.), you grant SeyHire a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our services.
You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
SeyHire is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of job listings or user profiles
- Successful job placement or hiring outcomes
- That the platform will meet your specific requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeyHire and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeyHire, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of our services
- Your content or conduct on the platform
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SeyHire shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Seychelles.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of SeyHire after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
