Refund Policy

At SeyHire, we strive to provide excellent service to all our users. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for job posting credits and subscription services.
1. General Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise specified in this policy. Due to the nature of our digital services (job posting credits and subscription access), refunds are generally not provided once the service has been activated or used.
2. Employer Job Posting Credits
2.1 No Refund Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Credits that have already been used to post jobs
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the number or quality of applicants received
- Failure to receive desired results from job postings
- Credits purchased more than 14 days ago
2.2 Eligible for Refund
Refunds MAY be considered for:
- Technical Issues: If our platform experiences significant technical problems preventing you from posting jobs
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
- Unused Credits: Within 14 days of purchase, if no credits have been used, subject to a processing fee
2.3 Partial Refunds
If you have used some but not all of your purchased credits and qualify for a refund, the refund will be prorated based on unused credits, minus a 20% processing fee.
3. Job Seeker Subscriptions
3.1 No Refund Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Subscriptions that have been activated and used
- Dissatisfaction with job search results
- Change of mind after subscription activation
- Failure to find employment
- Subscriptions purchased more than 7 days ago
3.2 Eligible for Refund
Full refunds MAY be provided within 7 days of purchase if:
- The subscription has not been activated or used
- You were charged in error or duplicate
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing the platform
3.3 Prorated Refunds
Prorated refunds are NOT available for active subscriptions. Once your subscription period begins, you are entitled to use the service for the full duration, but refunds for unused time will not be issued.
4. Refund Request Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact us within the eligible refund period
- Provide your transaction details (receipt, invoice number, payment date)
- Clearly explain the reason for your refund request
- Provide any supporting documentation if applicable

4.3 Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
SeyHire reserves the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances not covered in this policy. Such decisions are at our sole discretion and are not precedent-setting.
Examples of exceptional circumstances may include:
- Extended platform downtime due to unforeseen technical issues
- Documented service failures on our part
- Legal or regulatory requirements
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following are explicitly non-refundable:
- Any services that have been fully delivered and utilized
- Application fees or processing charges
- Third-party payment processing fees
- Promotional or discounted packages (unless defective)
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Provide documentation to your bank/payment provider showing service was delivered
- Pursue collection for any legitimate charges
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before disputing charges with your payment provider.
8. Changes to Refund Policy
SeyHire reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
