Yes! Seychellois citizens enjoy 100% free unlimited access to browse and apply for jobs. International job seekers require a subscription to access the platform. Employers need job posting packages to list vacancies.

2. Purchase a job posting package
3. Click "Post Job" in your dashboard
4. Fill in job details and requirements
5. Preview and publish your listing

Your job becomes visible to candidates immediately after publication.

We offer flexible packages based on the number of positions and duration:

• Basic Packages: 5 positions (3-30 days) from SCR 100
• Premium Packages: 10 positions (3-30 days) from SCR 150
• Corporate Packages: 20 positions (3-30 days) from SCR 225

Yes! You can edit your job posting anytime while it's active. Changes to title, description, requirements, salary, and other details are reflected immediately.

Access your employer dashboard to:

• View all applications for each job posting
• Review candidate profiles and CVs
• Shortlist or reject candidates
• Contact applicants directly

You'll also receive email notifications for new applications.

• Use clear, specific job titles
• Include detailed descriptions and requirements
• Add salary information (increases applications by 3x)
• Complete your company profile
• Choose longer duration packages for extended visibility

4. Click "Apply Now" on jobs that match your skills
5. Submit your application

Go to "My Profile" → "Upload CV" and select your file (PDF, DOC, or DOCX, max 5MB). We recommend PDF format for best compatibility.

View all your applications in "My Applications" dashboard. Status updates include:

• Pending - Under review
• Shortlisted - You've been selected for next steps
• Not Selected - Not moving forward

You'll receive email notifications for status changes.

Yes! Set up job alerts in your account settings to receive notifications when new jobs matching your preferences are posted. Choose daily or weekly email updates.

Yes! Complete profiles with uploaded CVs are more visible to employers searching for candidates. Make sure your profile accurately reflects your skills, experience, and career goals.
